The DHLM race weekend

We are competing in the German Historic Endurance Championship (DHLM).
Typically, one car is shared between two drivers . This guarantees fair costs and sufficient rest time.

Typical sequence (example 3h race):

  • Training: 2 x 90 minutes (each driver approx. 45 min.)
  • Race: 180 minutes (each driver approx. 90 min.)
  • Optional: Additional test days can be booked in advance to get to know the car and the track.

Space for your sponsors

Do you have your own sponsors – or are you an entrepreneur yourself and would like to sponsor yourself?

We offer you the opportunity to place your partners' logos directly on our race car .

This is how your sponsors benefit from genuine motorsport presence:
on the track, in the paddock, at major events like the 24h Nürburgring and via our social media channels.

Furthermore, your sponsors can deduct these costs as advertising expenses from their taxes.

Price & Conditions

€5,000 gross for a 3-hour race.

including comprehensive insurance

You share the car with a second driver.
Your seat time is approximately 2 x 45 minutes of qualifying + approximately 1.5 hours of driving time in a 3-hour race.

The inconvenient truth about prices in motorsport.

The risk in motorsport

What many beginners often don't know:
The entry fee is often not the end of it.
You're not just paying for the driver's seat – you're also paying for everything you break.

Incidentally, it makes absolutely no difference whether the accident is self-inflicted or clearly caused by someone else.

For other teams, in the worst case scenario, this means:
Total loss = full cost coverage.

Full insurance coverage on the racetrack?!

In our case, however, racing is fully covered by insurance.

Specifically, this means:
Even if things turn south, you will only pay the agreed deductible at most.

Not another cent.
No financial risk beyond the agreed scope.

This exact security is already included in our price –
And that's precisely what most other teams don't offer at all.

What's included?

  • Race-ready BMW E30 Group A
  • All wear parts such as brakes, tires, oils, etc.
  • Registration fees for the event
  • Comprehensive insurance for racing use
  • Organization, mechanic, team, box, setup etc.
  • Briefing, support & assistance along the route
  • You just have to drive – we'll take care of the rest.

Drive more = better deal

Book multiple races

  • Discount when you book 2 or more races at once
  • Planning security for us – price advantage for you

Take the whole car

  • You want to drive the entire race alone ?
  • Then just book the whole car.
  • More travel time, more focus, better price per minute

👉 We will discuss individually which option makes sense for you.

Important to know

Motorsport is not an amusement park.

But we play with open cards – price, risk & procedure are clearly discussed in advance.

No hidden costs. No "oops, that's extra".

Frequently Asked Questions

Entry & Requirements

Do I need racing experience to drive for you?

No.
Our offer is also aimed at beginners and ambitious amateurs.

Do I need a racing license?

Yes – A National A license and a Nordschleife Permit are necessary for participation in the DHLM.

But don't worry:
We will help you select and apply for the appropriate license.

How physically fit do I need to be?

Basic fitness is sufficient. You don't need to be a competitive athlete, but you do need to be able to drive with concentration.

Especially on hot days it becomes very exhausting, as temperatures in the car can rise to up to 60 °C.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes.
To obtain the Nordschleife permit, you must be at least 18 years old.

Car & Driver

Is the BMW E30 difficult to drive?

It is honest, direct and analog – exactly why he is ideal for really learning about motorsport.

Does the car have driver assistance systems (ABS, traction control)?

No.
You drive the car – not the electronics.

What happens if I am slower than my co-driver?

No problem.
Everyone goes at their own pace; we coach you individually.

Safety & Risk

What happens in an accident?

The race entry is fully insured. You will only pay the deductible agreed upon in advance.

Do I still have to pay even if I'm not responsible for the accident?

Yes.
Unlike in road traffic, on the racetrack every driver is responsible for their own car, regardless of who caused the accident.

Does the insurance also cover cases of self-inflicted damage?

Yes.

Are there things that are not insured?

Yes.

For example, gross negligence, intent or rule violations – we will explain this to you transparently in advance.

Organization & Procedure

Do I need to take care of registration, paperwork, or schedules?

No.
We'll take care of everything. You just need to be at the racetrack on time.

What exactly happens during a race weekend?

This cannot be answered in general terms, as each race weekend is structured differently.

You will receive a clear schedule in advance – we will tell you when and where you need to be.

Can I bring friends or family?

Yes.
Guest tickets are included and the more the marrier.
